Crossroad Animal Hospital, Your Veterinarian in Savannah
We all love our pets, and we want the best care possible for them. At Crossroad Animal Hospital we understand this, and we want to be your veterinarian in Savannah, GA. We have a team of veterinarians and other support people who are committed to giving your pet the care he or she deserves. We treat your animals as if they were our own when they are in our care.
We do a lot of preventative work, believing that preventative medicine, exercise, and good nutrition are the keys to achieving good health for pets. We are committed to giving your pet loving care, no matter what procedure is being done. We are strong believers in preventative care. Yearly, or in some cases twice-yearly checkups are something we promote strongly, believing they are the key to the best health for your pet.
Treating Sick Animals
Even with the best preventative care, there are times when your pet will get sick or hurt. We have the latest technology and use the latest procedures to do the best we can to restore your pet to health. We have a full laboratory and do most diagnostic testing in-house. This makes diagnosing your pet faster and more precise. Veterinary medicine keeps improving, and getting more complex. There may be times we may refer you to a specialist, but most of the time we can take care of your pet and give her the care she needs.
Crossroad Animal Hospital is owned by Dr. Ernest Compton. We are in the south part of Savannah in Chatham County on Montgomery Crossroad. We stress preventative care as we want to help keep your pet as healthy as possible for as long as possible. We have a lot of educational programs to help make this easier. This will also help us predict what health issues may arise in the future, as it helps us keep track of and anticipate issues with current patients. We also welcome new patients, and you may come and look around if you are looking for a place to care for your pet.
